The most common cause of audio problems is an incorrect setting of volume. Make sure that the volume is turned up on all devices, such as your computer, speakers, and headphones. Additionally, check the volume settings on applications, such as media players and web browsers, to ensure that the audio is playing at the right level.
2.Update Audio Drivers

To do this, visit the manufacturer’s website to download and install the latest version of the audio drivers. Alternatively, Windows users can open Device Manager and update the audio driver from there.
3.Troubleshoot Sound Issues
If the sound system is still not working properly, then the issue can be further troubleshot using Windows’ built-in Sound troubleshooter. To access this, head to the Control Panel, and select ‘Sound’ and then ‘Troubleshoot sound problems’. This will scan for any issues and if possible, attempt to resolve them automatically.
4.Restart Audio Services
If the troubleshooter does not resolve the issue, then restarting the audio services may help. To do this, open the Run window (Windows key + R), type ‘services.msc’, and hit Enter. Doing so will open the Services window, where the user must scroll down and locate the Windows Audio service. After finding this, right-click it, select ‘Restart’ and wait for it to reboot.
5.Reset Audio Settings

To do this, right-click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, and select ‘Playback devices’. Once open, select ‘Default device’, click ‘Configure’, and reset all settings to their default values.
6.Reinstall Audio Drivers
If all else fails, then the user should consider reinstalling the audio drivers. To do this, head to the manufacturer’s website, download the relevant audio driver, and install it onto the computer.
7.Use a Different Computer
If none of the above methods work, then try using a different computer and see if the issue persists. If the same issue occurs, then the issue likely lies with the speakers or headphones.
