Removing a Faulty Expansion Card
1. Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord.
2. Open the case by unscrewing the screws on the back of the case.
3. Check that the faulty card is easily accessible.
4. Gently push the locking tabs on either side of the faulty card to release it from its slot.
5. Carefully remove the card and set it aside.
Installing a New Expansion Card
