1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on Hardware and Sound.
3. Under the “Sound” section, select “Manage audio devices.”
4. Select your default audio device from the list of devices. This is typically the speakers or headphones that you plug in to your computer.
5. On the Playback tab, you can adjust volume, balance and other settings for your current device.
6. If you want to change the audio playback device, click on the “Set Default” button and select the desired device.
7. To adjust volume settings, click on the “Volume” button. You can choose to either mute the sound or adjust the volume level.
8. The advanced options allow you to control the loudness equalization, spatial sound, bass management and other settings.
9. To add or remove audio devices, click on the “Add” or “Remove” button at the bottom of the window.
10. Once you have made all your sound modifications, click on the “OK” button to save your changes.
