1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type “dfrgui” in the Run dialog box and press Enter.
3. Select the drive you want to defragment, click the Analyze button, and wait for the analysis to complete.
4. Once the analysis is over, click on the “Defragment Disk” button to begin the defragmentation process.
5. The defragmenter will then start rearranging the files on your hard drive to make them more easily accessible.
6. You can monitor the progress of the defragmentation process in the bottom window.
7. When the process is complete, you can close the window.
