1. Open the Control Panel on your computer. To do this in Windows 10, click on the Start button and select Settings. Select System and then select Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, select Clock, Language, and Region.
3. Select Language and then select Advanced Settings.
4. Under the Keyboard and Languages tab, select Change Keyboards.
5. This will bring up a list of available keyboards to choose from. Select the one you would like to use.
6. Select OK to save your changes. You can also select Change Key Sequence if you would like to customize the order of the commands used when typing on the keyboard.
7. If you would like to specify a language for a particular keyboard, select the language option next to the keyboard.
8. You can also configure shortcuts and hotkeys by selecting the Shortcuts tab. Change any settings as needed.
9. Click Apply or OK to save your settings. Your new keyboard settings should now be in effect.
10. You can also change the size and layout of your keyboard by selecting the Layout tab. Select a layout that best suits your needs and click Apply or OK to save your settings.
