The format of the clock in Windows can be changed by navigating to the Control Panel and finding the Date and Time properties.
On Windows 10
1. Right-click on the Windows 10 Start button and select Control Panel
2. From the Programs category, select Date and Time
3. Select Change date and time
4. Select Change time zone if necessary
5. Click the Change date and time button
6. Select the desired date and time for the system clock
7. Select OK
8. To change the format of the clock, click the Change the clock format link
9. Select the desired format from the drop-down menu
10. Select OK to save the changes
On Windows 7
1. Click the Start button
2. Select Control Panel
3. From the Clock, Language, and Region category, select Date and Time
4. In the Date and Time window, select Change date and time
5. Select the desired date and time for the system clock
6. Select OK
7. To change the format of the clock, click the Change the clock format link
8. Select the desired format from the drop-down menu
9. Select OK to save the changes
On Windows 8
1. Go to the Start screen
2. From the Charms bar, select Settings
3. Select Change PC settings
4. Select Time and language
5. Select Date and time
6. Select Change date and time
7. Select the desired date and time for the system clock
8. Select OK
9. To change the format of the clock, click the Change the clock format link
10. Select the desired format from the drop-down menu
11. Select OK to save the changes
