To change the date and time via Control Panel, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Open the Start menu by clicking on the Start button in the lower left of your screen, or pressing the Windows Key on your keyboard.
2. Search for Control Panel and click on the item when it appears in the Start menu.
3. Once the Control Panel window opens, select the “Clock, Language, and Region” option.
