1. Click on the Start menu and select Settings.
2. Select Update & Security from the list of available settings.
3. Select Windows Security from the left window pane.
4. From the right pane, click the Open Windows Security option.
5. To adjust security settings, click on the “Virus & threat protection” section.
6. You can use the toggle switches to enable or disable the real-time protection, cloud-delivered protection, and automatic sample submission.
7. From the same page, you can also perform full or quick scans in order to detect any threats.
8. To view more settings, click on the “App & browser control” section and you will be able to manage the settings related to downloads, website access, etc.
9. If you want to view even further settings, you can click “More Settings” and view settings such as Firewall & Network Protection, Account Protection, Device Security, and more.
