You can quickly rename multiple files in Windows using the Rename command in File Explorer. To use this command, select all of the files you need to rename, right click on one of them and select ‘Rename’. Type in a new name for the first file, then press Enter. Windows will automatically append numbers from 1 to 2000 to the remaining files to ensure they each have a unique name.
