There are several ways to find out which graphics card is installed on your computer.
First, you can check the display adapter settings in Windows. To do this, go to the Start menu, select Settings and then System. From the left-hand menu, select Display and then Advanced Display Settings. You should then see a list of all the display adapters installed on your system.
Second, you can also use System Information, a built-in feature in Windows 10. To do this, press the Windows logo key + R on your keyboard. In the Open box, type “msinfo32” and press OK. This will open the System Information window, which will provide detailed information about all hardware components in your system, including the graphics card.
Third, if you have an Nvidia or AMD graphics card, you can also use their respective control panels to find out more information about your graphics card. For example, if you are using an Nvidia card, open the Nvidia Control Panel and navigate to the System Information tab. Here, you will find all the graphics card details, including manufacturer, model, driver version, and other details.
Fourth, if you are running macOS, you can use the System Profiler utility to find out which graphics card you have installed. To do this, open the Apple menu and select About This Mac. Select the System Report button and then select Graphics/Display from the left-hand side menu. This should provide detailed information about your graphics card, including type, memory size, and other specifications.
Finally, if none of these methods work, you may need to open up your computer to physically check the graphics card. The graphics card should be clearly labeled with its make and model, so you should be able to identify it easily. Make sure to turn off your computer and disconnect it from the power source before opening the case and touching any of the internal components.
