Once the program has been uninstalled, it will no longer appear in your list of installed programs. Additionally, any associated files, shortcuts and folders should also be removed to free up space on your hard drive. If you are having trouble uninstalling a program, you can use a third-party uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller. This type of software can often detect and remove additional files that may have been left behind after an uninstall attempt.
