Changing the font size in the Control Panel is a fairly easy process. First, open the Control Panel by typing “control panel” in the search bar on the taskbar. Once the Control Panel window has loaded, click “Appearance and Personalization” from the list of options. Under this section, click on “Adjust screen resolution”. This will bring up the “Display Settings” window. Here, you’ll find the option for adjusting the font size.
Next, go to the “Change size of items” heading and select the size you want your text to be. You can choose between Smaller (100%), Medium (125%), or Larger (150%). Select the size that best fits your needs, and then click “Apply”.

If you’re still not satisfied with the font size, you can increase it further by clicking “Advanced sizing of text and other items” from the “Change size of items” menu. This will open the “Advanced sizing of text and other items” window. Here, you’ll be able to select a larger font size, such as 200%, 250%, or 300%. However, keep in mind that these sizes may make some text hard to read, so you may want to experiment with different sizes until you find one that works for you. When you’ve chosen your font size, click “Apply” and then “OK” to save your changes.
Alternatively, you can also customize the font size on individual applications. To do this, go back to the “Display Settings” window and click on “Set a custom scaling level” under the “Change size of items” heading. This will open the “Custom Scaling” window. Here, you can select a scaling level (i.e. the font size) for individual applications by typing in a numerical value or by dragging the slider. Once you’ve selected the size you want, click “Apply” and then “OK” to save your changes.
Finally, if you’d like to have a universal font size, you can click “Set custom text size (DPI)” from the “Change size of items” menu. This will open the “Custom DPI Scaling” window. From here, you can select a default DPI scaling level and apply it to all applications. Choose the size you want, click “Apply” and then “OK” to save your changes.
