How do I open the Administrative Tool?

The Administrative Tools feature in Windows allows users to access a wide range of programs, settings and utilities that are essential for customizing, maintaining and troubleshooting their operating systems.

These utilities are also referred to as “MMC” or Microsoft Management Console snap-ins.

To open the Administrative Tools feature in Windows, there are several ways you can do it. This guide will cover the steps you can take to open the Administrative Tools utility in Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, and Vista.

Windows 10

1. Open the Start menu, then click on Settings (it looks like a cog wheel).

2. On the Settings window, click on System.

3. On the left side of the System window, you will see a list of options. Click on the one called “Apps & Features”.

4. Scroll down until you find the option called “Manage optional features”.

5. Select this option, then click on the icon with three dots next to it.

6. A new window will appear with a list of installed features. Find “Administrative Tools” in the list and click on it.

7. A check box will appear next to the entry. Tick the box, then click “Install” to install the Administrative Tools on your computer.

8. Once the installation has completed, go back to your desktop and you will see a new icon for the Administrative Tools. Double click on it to open the program.

Windows 8.1 and 8

1. Right-click on the Start menu, then select “Control Panel” from the menu that appears.

2. On the Control Panel, click on “System and Security”.

3. Under “System and Security”, select “Administrative Tools”.

4. A new window will appear. Click on the “Change settings” button.

5. A new window will appear with a list of available tools. Check the box next to “Administrative Tools”, then click “OK”.

6. Once the settings have been saved, go back to your desktop and you will see a new icon for the Administrative Tools. Double click on it to open the program.

Windows 7

1. Open the Start menu, then click on “Control Panel”.

2. On the Control Panel, click on “System and Maintenance”.
