1. Press the “Windows Key + R” simultaneously on your keyboard, then type in “msconfig” and press enter.
2. Select the “Startup” tab on the System Configuration window that appears.
3. Take a look at the list of programs that are checked in this tab. Make note of any programs that you recognize as being unnecessary.
4. Uncheck the boxes next to the unnecessary programs to remove them from startup.
5. Click the “Apply” button and then the “OK” button.
6. Restart your computer to save the changes.
